In order to keep costs down and offer you the best prices, we source our products from various countries including Canada, United States and China. Please note that shipping certain items from these locations may take a little longer, typically around 2-3 weeks. Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cutest Stuff. If you need to return or exchange an item, here's what you need to know:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to request a return.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Personal care products, intimate apparel, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@cuteststuff.com to request a return address.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely.
  3. Include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation email.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll inspect them and process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you want to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. They will assist you in placing a new order for the desired exchange item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or offer a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
